SydneyTCG ships worldwide.
We proudly offer shipping to customers across Australia and internationally. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance before placing your order.
2. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within:
- 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
During peak periods, major product releases, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.
Pre-order items will ship once stock is received and ready for dispatch.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Free Standard Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $500 AUD.
Free shipping:
- Applies automatically at checkout when eligible
- Is available for Australian orders only
- Applies to standard shipping services only
Express shipping upgrades are available at additional cost.
International shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout.

5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
Australia

- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
International
Estimated international delivery times vary by country and shipping method and may range from:
- 5–25 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where required.
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT/GST charges
- Customs clearance fees
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
SydneyTCG is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import charges.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct before completing checkout.
SydneyTCG is not responsible for:
- Lost parcels due to incorrect addresses
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information
- Additional postage fees for returned parcels
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply before re-delivery.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
For damaged shipments, customers must provide:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the damaged items
- Order information
While we will assist with shipping investigations where possible, SydneyTCG is not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
10. Signature on Delivery
Some orders, particularly high-value purchases, may require:
- Signature on delivery
- Insurance coverage
- Additional verification measures
This is done to help protect both the customer and SydneyTCG against fraud or lost parcels.
11. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Ownership of goods remains with SydneyTCG until payment has been received in full.
